Click the Tools menu and select Account Settings.......

The Accounts Settings dialogue box will open

Click the Add Account button the left hand side

The Add Account Wizard dialogue box will open. Select the Email account option, click Next

Select Pop as the server type, enter mail.tstnet.co.uk as the incoming mailserver. Click Next.

Enter the username for the account which should be in the format username@tstnet.co.uk

Click Next

Give the account a name to identify it by. This can be any name that you would like to use as it has no effect on the authentication of the email account.

The next page displays a summary of the settings. Click Finish.

The settings for the outgoing email should be:

Outgoing server: mail.tstnet.co.uk

Port: 25

Security and Authentication: Username and password should be selected

Username: username@tstnet.co.uk

Password: issued when your account was set up. If you have a password problem, please contact TST technical support on (01244) 458370
